My wife went to the appointment I was concerned she would be manipulated and cheated because she is car knowledge vulnerable. She was treated with dignity and respect. Someone even offered to take her to a coffee shop while she waited My bill was less than I expected Even my tires were rotated We have already recommended this shop to others Thank you Stephen

I was very pleased with the service provided at Advanced Auto Care. Every staff member who communicated with me during my time at the shop was very kind and thoughtful, especially Matt and David. I was given clear and detailed information of the repairs that would be done on my vehicle. David explained that they needed to order a particular piece/part, when the part would arrive, and when I could return to get the service completed. The cost was very reasonable and I'm happy! I will definitely recommend Advanced Auto Care to my friends!

I dropped my car off to get brakes checked at 8am and by 9am I received a call with diagnosis. My car was repaired by 11am that same day. Great service is always a plus to go along with great value and expedited service. Thanks Advanced Auto Care team!

Excellent service; my Ford had some suspension issues that were diagnosed and corrected. Highly recommend!

Was told the job would be done by Friday but didn’t get done until Monday. Other than that, and it being a bit pricey, they fixed the problem.

Dusty, thanks for taking your time to complete a review. We certainly understand frustration related to diagnostic repairs. We always strive to make every customer experience a 5 start event. We do need all pieces to fall into place for that to happen. Unfortunately the part required took a little longer than expected to arrive. We had hoped that by going the extra step of putting your car back together so you would not be without it for the weekend would have helped with the frustration. Regardless, not meeting an initial deadline is frustrating for all. As far as price is concerned, this was a very unfortunate example of an incredibly expensive part. The factory HONDA part for your vehicle was over $300! That of course represented over 80% of the total bill. We apologize that your experience was not 5 star and are always open to hearing how we could have made it better!
