As a car enthusiast, it’s awesome when the technician already knows the latest technology and competitive products. I had tires drop shipped to Advanced and they installed them and performed an alignment. The technician started talking tires and alignment info and it coincided perfectly with the hours of research on my own time. Great people, good conversations, and a true first for me to easily drop ship tires and have a hassle free installation. Thanks!

I messaged on Saturday and Monday morning they had my truck in the shop and almost completely finished their diagnosis by the end of that day the next morning Jack explained the issues found with my truck explained the results of the testing which I really appreciate especially since it was bad news then gave me a break on the cost of looking into my vehicle's issues I don't know if this was because I got an unfortunate case on my hands or if they're just good people and that is hard enough to find these days. I appreciate the guys at Advanced and will take my next car to them-prob before I buy it lol. Thanks!!

After some repairs for a minor accident, my truck showed a warning indicator for its 4-wheel drive. I took it to Advance Auto Care for a diagnostic. About one hour after leaving it, they called and told me that the reason for the warning was that the rear differential lock had been engaged (probably when the body shop was checking the lights). I was not charged. Needless to say, I was extremely satisfied with the service. The person I spoke with was extremely professional.
