They didn’t diagnose the problem until I pushed the issue. I knew there was a laundry list of issues based on the age and performance of my car ranging from urgent to things that could wait but wanted an inspection to assist me in beginning to fix. They came back with the most expensive and easiest to fix as the only problem, which was also far from the most urgent. I just didn’t feel like they listened to me or had much interest in customer service though they were polite enough over the phone.
