New to Advanced Auto Care I went in w/ high hopes and guarded expectations. I couldn’t have been more pleased w/ the experience, service, owner/staff, and their willingness to tackle an out-of-the-ordinary request, even getting the legwork started day one!! So pleased I found my new auto service center.

Absolutely wonderful service. Fast, fair estimate, work was completed quickly, communication about price was concise. I would recommend their services to everybody!!

They didn’t diagnose the problem until I pushed the issue. I knew there was a laundry list of issues based on the age and performance of my car ranging from urgent to things that could wait but wanted an inspection to assist me in beginning to fix. They came back with the most expensive and easiest to fix as the only problem, which was also far from the most urgent. I just didn’t feel like they listened to me or had much interest in customer service though they were polite enough over the phone.

They were incredibly helpful! I am a college student who was planning on driving home (4.5 hrs) to catch a flight and my alternator went out. At first they didn’t think they could get me in until the next day but saw that I was in a pinch and made it their priority to help me. Will be coming back in the future!

My son is studying at IU and had car trouble. I called and was able to get his car in the same day and they finished it the next day. Thankful they were able to get him in quickly!
