I will not use your services. Family member went for repairs and you did not do the requested repairs. The repairs done were substandard and not even close to OEM. Doing my part to spread the word about the experience. You need to make it right. The only reason you got two stars is that he could drive it home.

Service above and beyond!!! I gave Advanced Auto Care 5 stars because they helped me out of a tough situation. My Mini Cooper was low on oil and the check engine light came on when I was parked at a business down the street. Justin grabbed a quart of oil and a diagnostic “thingy” and walked down the hill on a very hot day. After adding the oil, the car started immediately and stopped sputtering, and the check engine light went off. When we got back up the hill, he topped off the coolant and ran a quick diagnostic on it to determine that it was safe to drive. This level of customer service is refreshing these days Thank you Justin for being so kind and helpful to a stranger in need!! PS: I’m glad I found a reliable repair shop for my Mini 😃

Great experience with Advanced Auto Care. This is the second occasion they’ve been able to assist with my auto repair needs. This time they were able to replace my driver side window motor and have it back to me same day! Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a trustworthy shop.
