Will not use any parts except their cheap AutoZone supplied parts. If you want to bring any actual quality performance parts you’re out of luck .

Clint, I am not sure how you can accurately review us since you have never actually been a customer. Regardless, I would say that we are a NAPA AutoCare center. This is a program we pay to belong to. For that reason and a host of others, you can rest assured that we do not generally use parts from AutoZone. Because of our NAPA AutoCare affiliation, we offer a 24 month / 24,000 mile nationwide warranty. We cannot offer this warranty if we did not supply the part. The warranty is made with the purchaser and not the installer. We are always trying to ensure that when the vehicle leaves, it is fixed and will not need to come back. We rarely are concerned with the price of a part, but rather the quality. We do not install "performance" parts because we are in the repair business. We are not in the modification business. I wish you well finding someone that will modify your vehicle or install customer supplied performance parts. Most professional repair facilities do not offer this service.

Thank you for your review. You are correct that we do not allow customers to bring their own parts. Most professional repair facilities have this policy. It’s not about the money as much as it is ensuring the job will last. Parts suppliers make the warranty with the purchaser, not the installer. We offer a 2 year 24,000 mile nationwide warranty. Because of this, we have to know the job will last when it leaves. We have to know that the part installed meets certain quality standards. This is why we do not buy parts online, or from other places that you cannot be sure of the product you are getting before it arrives. I’m sorry we couldn’t help you but would say that most people that actually allow us to perform service on their vehicle have a 5 star experience.

I called on Friday and they got me in on Monday - Wow! I dropped it off Monday and it was fixed by Tuesday - Wow! The price was $150 cheaper than they quoted me - Wow!

Very friendly, Amazing customer service. I did not have an extra ride so my wife and I walked to the nearest shopping center, Justin called us to let us know the price and when it would be done. I walked back while my Wife waited at Lowes the part took a bit longer than expected to arrive. They had free drinks which was great to hydrate with as I'd been walking a lot. Thanks so much guys the car drives nice and smooth! ( Hub and bearing replacement on 2007 Chevy Impala: $566 ).

CALLED TO GET QUOTE ON REPLACING TRANSMISSION PAN, GASKET AND FLUID. HE SAID WE LIKE TO LOOK AT VEHICLE FIRST BUT TO REPLACE PAN IT WOULD BE 70-140. I EXPLAINED I HAD THE VEHICLE LOOKED AT (AS MY DAD IS A RETIRED MECHANIC.) I TOLD ADVANCED HIT SOMETHING IN THE ROAD HEARD A LOUD NOISE AND PULLED THE CAR OVER AND HAD TOWED HOME. THE NEXT DAY DISCOVERED HOLE IN PAN. THEN ADVANCED SAID "OH THOSE PANS ARE EXPENSIVE IT WILL COST WELL OVER 600!!!" RIP OFF!!! GOOGLE TRANSMISSION PAN FOR 2009 MURANO IS UNDER 100. NOT GOOD FOR HIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

Wendy, I do not agree that it is appropriate to give a review for our services when you did not use our services. We also did not give you an actual quote. When you called and spoke with Riley, you said "you had been calling around and people were telling you that it was around $600 to fix your transmission pan." Riley responded that it "probably was around $600." I am certain that you can buy the parts cheaper online than you can from us (or any repair facility for that matter). We are not a parts supplier. We provide vehicle maintenance and service. We are not unlike your favorite restaurant. You can buy the food they provide much cheaper at the grocery store. That is simply not the business they are in. We are attempting to provide a great experience, employ highly skilled people, remain competitive with pricing and have great service after your repair. I believe we do a great job at that. Our technical staff is some of the best available, our pricing is always intended to be competitive, and we have a 36 Month 36,000-mile warranty. It would seem that you are looking for something a little different and we wish you well with that.

I have had this shop do all of my regular maintenance and repairs for years now. I have had nothing but good experiences! The guys in the front office have always been exceptional, but Justin (manager) really is amazing at his job. Next level customer service. When someone asks where should they get work done on their vehicles this is the place I recommend. They also have always done their work quickly, and that has been very important to me due to only having one vehicle.
