Easy to schedule the appointment. They made sure to call me before proceeding with any additional work. In fact, there turned out to be nothing wrong with the car. I appreciated the fact that they were open and honest with that fact, even stating "we could take it apart further, but there's really no need". Being new to Bloomington, they have certainly earned my business.
