Everything went according. The only part I was confused about, was sort of the whole reason I went to the shop though. My main question of how oil and coolant were mixing in my reservoir wasn't officially answered. Also, what kind of oil? Engine or transmission? I do believe I still have significant trouble on the way. These gentleman did a good job with the gasket, but left all the plastic clips on top of the engine. Update: oil and coolant mixture is back after gasket replacement. Are you gentlemen aware of what's called an oil analysis? I'm completely blown away by the lack of professionalism.
Sorry to hear that you didn't feel like we gave you a 5 star experience. Unfortunately when there are fluids that mix, we have no scientific way to test the fluids to say exactly what they are. Also, we try to never guess or tell a customer something that we are not 100% certain of. As far as trouble in the future, you can be confident that all the work that we performed carries a 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty. If there are any issues that come up from that, we will gladly take care of it. Again, sorry that you feel your experience was not 5 star.
