We love Advanced Auto and have been a loyal customer for several years now. They’re honest and reasonable. Highly recommend.

They were extremely nice and honest with me about my car. Great service and really nice people here. They also won’t bs you about price or try to sell you things you don’t need. Another plus about this place that I found out is they only use new parts on cars which is very nice as well. Like I said they’re amazing here and you should definitely trust them with your car and what they tell you.

Brought car in and Matt unfortunately had to inform me that the car is not safe. My daughter is the driver. Stand up individual and business. Made sure my daughter wouldn’t be injured from driving an unsafe car. Not the news we wanted but the right thing! Ethical

We had a good experience with Jack at AAC. He communicated well and frequently as we set up the car repair and through its completion. He found the problem and fixed it in a very reasonable time frame- that same day.

Quick repairs, no problems.

I had taken my van to the local Honda dealership in Bloomington, IN and they told me I needed over $4k worth of engine seals repair. I couldn't see any leaks so I got a 2nd opinion from Advanced Auto Care. They did a very thorough check of my van and did not find any engine issues or leaks. Great customer service and communication through out the entire process. I trust their opinion and they came highly recommended. I Will definitely use them in the future for automotive needs.

I told them what was wrong and they called the next morning and said it was already fixed. Then when I picked up the vehicle, I realize that there was one other thing that I had forgotten to mention, and they immediately diagnosed that and found out it was smaller than I thought as far as a problem, and they fix that so I’m terribly pleased with all of their work and their attitude towards doing it.

i order a part and paid $58 for it to be overnighted, the part wasn't overnighted and i never got a refund, not to mention the wrong part was sent. so i returned and re-ordered the part, and this time they completely forgot to overnight it so i had to wait a week or so and guess what... wrong part again! So at that point i just said give me my money back.

This is the second time I have gotten an oil change here, and I have to say, although they are a bit out-of-the-way, they are quick, they do things on time, and they are honest.
