Fair and reasonable. I went to get my brake pads and rotors replaced. After getting multiple estimates from local auto shops, Advanced Auto Care was by far the least expensive primarily because they did not try to convince me that I needed any additional services that I did not actually need. I dropped off my car and it was ready within an hour. Overall, I had a great experience.

They addressed my concerns about sounds that I was hearing, rather satisfactorily.

I hadn't been back to Advanced for several years after I purchased a new vehicle, but now that my new vehicle is getting a little older I appreciate having a place that I trust. Just as I remembered, the folks at Advanced got me in quickly, took care of my issue and helped me out with some advice moving forward with a planned maintenance schedule. I enjoy the peace of mind knowing I have a place to go for my family vehicles now and in the future.

Very happy with the service I received at Advanced Auto Care. They called and explained exactly what needed to be done to fix my van and why. The cost was what they said it would be and we will definitely use them again and highly recommend.
