Was told the job would be done by Friday but didn’t get done until Monday. Other than that, and it being a bit pricey, they fixed the problem.
Dusty, thanks for taking your time to complete a review. We certainly understand frustration related to diagnostic repairs. We always strive to make every customer experience a 5 start event. We do need all pieces to fall into place for that to happen. Unfortunately the part required took a little longer than expected to arrive. We had hoped that by going the extra step of putting your car back together so you would not be without it for the weekend would have helped with the frustration. Regardless, not meeting an initial deadline is frustrating for all. As far as price is concerned, this was a very unfortunate example of an incredibly expensive part. The factory HONDA part for your vehicle was over $300! That of course represented over 80% of the total bill. We apologize that your experience was not 5 star and are always open to hearing how we could have made it better!
